Meet your hosts
Ocean Vista is hosted by Judith & Jordi, who personally coordinate each stay and help guests choose the apartment that best fits their plans. Their approach is warm, attentive and uncomplicated: comfortable apartments with full kitchens, practical workspaces, reliable hot water and balconies that open toward the Pacific. They usually reply within the hour on WhatsApp and assist guests in English or Spanish.
Ocean Vista is designed for couples and adults who appreciate quiet mornings, relaxed evenings and the freedom to rest or work remotely at their own pace.
The property
All eight apartments sit in one gated complex wrapped in treetops. There is a shared outdoor pool – one of the few in this part of Tamarindo – secure on-site parking, fiber-optic WiFi throughout, and a 180° view over the bay from the upper units. And the neighbors? Howler monkeys and tropical birds pass through the trees most mornings; it is the single thing guests mention most in reviews.
The property sits on a quiet residential hillside: close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and surf schools in about five minutes, far enough that you sleep to waves and cicadas instead of bar noise.
