• A stay is confirmed after Ocean Vista sends written reservation confirmation.
• Availability and rates can change until the booking is confirmed.
• Payment methods and deadlines are shared during the booking process.
• Direct bookings are managed by Ocean Vista; platform bookings also follow that platform’s terms.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Arrival after 6:00 p.m. must be arranged in advance and may require a $25 late check-in fee.
• Standard check-out is 11:00 a.m.; a 12:00 p.m. check-out requires confirmation.
• Arrival instructions are provided before your stay.

Cancellation Policy

• Refund eligibility follows the cancellation terms shown when the reservation is confirmed.
• Direct booking cancellations must be requested directly with Ocean Vista Tamarindo.
• Airbnb and other platform reservations follow the policy displayed by that platform.
• Date changes depend on availability and may result in a rate adjustment.

Adults Only

Ocean Vista is designed for adults and couples seeking a peaceful Tamarindo stay. The property is not intended for parties, large gatherings or a family-resort atmosphere.

Quiet Environment

Please keep music, conversations and devices at a considerate volume, especially during evening and nighttime hours. Every guest is expected to respect the calm of the property and neighboring apartments.

Property Rules

• No smoking inside apartments.
• Respect shared areas and keep noise to a minimum.
• No unauthorized guests or events.
• Follow posted pool and property safety rules.

Liability & Care

Guests are responsible for their belongings and for the appropriate use of the apartment, furnishings, pool and common areas. Please report accidental damage promptly. Charges may apply for damage beyond normal wear, subject to applicable law.
