We confirm availability on the same live calendar our Airbnb listings use, then send you payment instructions to lock in the reservation. Direct bookings are paid in advance so we can hold the apartment, block the calendars and schedule cleaning. PayPal is our preferred method. We can also accept SINPE or bank transfer. Card payments are available only when booking through platforms such as Airbnb. We do not accept cash payments at the property.

Strict: full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of check-in. The same policy applies whether you book direct or on Airbnb.

Check-in is 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and checkout is before 12:00 PM. Capacity varies by apartment and is shown on each apartment page (most units sleep 2 guests). Ocean Vista is designed as an adults-only stay: no babies, no young children and no pets. A rare exception for an older child may be considered only by direct approval before booking.

Ask us on WhatsApp – for stays of a month or more we can quote a long-stay rate. Direct bookings always avoid platform fees and can save up to 15%. For stays of 28 nights or more, ask us for a custom monthly rate; the discount can improve for longer stays, especially by trimester.
