Yes. Your booked apartment, kitchen and bathroom are private. The outdoor pool, gardens, parking area and reception are shared areas within the residential complex.
Is Ocean Vista adults only?
Yes. Ocean Vista is designed for adult travelers and each apartment accommodates a maximum of two registered adults. Pets or additional visitors must be consulted before booking and are not automatically permitted.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in and checkout times can depend on the reservation and operational schedule. Confirm the current arrival window, departure time and any applicable terms with the team before booking.
Can I arrive early or leave later?
You may ask in advance, but it depends on same-day departures, arrivals and cleaning. Early check-in or late checkout is confirmed only when the team can accommodate it.
When will I receive directions and access instructions?
We send the exact address, arrival directions and practical access information before check-in. Reception is at the main entrance of the La Colina complex, where the team will welcome you and provide the keys.
How far is the beach, and do I need a car?
Ocean Vista is in La Colina, approximately a five-minute walk from Tamarindo Beach. Confirm the most suitable route with the team if mobility, heat or luggage is a concern.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available for guests. Send your vehicle details before arrival if the team requests them.
Is the Wi-Fi suitable for remote work?
The apartments include fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi and work-friendly space. It is suitable for trip planning and remote work, although any local connection can occasionally vary.
What is included in each apartment?
Every apartment includes a king bed, equipped kitchen, private bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking and access to the shared outdoor pool. Balconies, terraces and views vary by unit.
Is the pool private?
No. The outdoor pool is shared with other guests and residents of the complex. Your apartment itself is completely private.
Does every apartment have the same ocean view?
No. Views vary by apartment. Apartments 33 and 34 are the Ocean View Premium category; the exact floor, balcony, natural light and outlook are confirmed for your selected unit.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. Ocean Vista is a quiet adults-only property, not party accommodation. Guests must respect the registered occupancy, neighbors and the calm atmosphere of the complex.
Can you arrange transportation or activities?
